Cancellations + Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hour notice for Cutting or Stying sessions and a 48 hour notice for Color and Extension sessions to cancel or reschedule. Because these sessions require significant time blocks, late cancellations make it difficult to fill the spot resulting in loss of income. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our small business.
Failure to give proper notice will result in a 50% Charge of Service scheduled or quoted for and will need to be paid in full to schedule a future appointment.
NO SHOW will result in a 100% Charge of Service and will need to be paid in full to schedule a future appointment. A 50% non refundable deposit will be required for all appointments that require 4+ hour time block.
Haircut or Styling (1 hour time block)

Color or Extension Maintenance (2-4 hour time block)
-48 hour notice
Color and Extension Application (4+ hour time block)
-48 hour notice
-50% non refundable deposit required to book which will be applied to your service total on day of appointment.

Please allow proper time for travel and traffic. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment without communicating with me, this may lead to a shortened service unless there is not enough time to accommodate which then will result in an appointment cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee.
