We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of services scheduled or quoted for and will need to be paid in full to reschedule a future appointment. On new hair extension installations, a 50% non refundable deposit will be due at time of booking which will be applied to your service total on day of appointment.
